The fix is finally here. As I'm working in Haiti this printer was presented to me. The machine said "paper jam inside machine" no paper cleaned everything and done everything possible then I thought to myself (SENSORS). There is a sensor in the rear door of the Samsung printer c460fw. If there is not a plastic arm in the sensor the sensor is telling the printer there is a jam inside the printer. When it's actually not. The malfunction is a little spring in our case that fell off its original position and we just had to make sure the leg that stays between the sensor to say all is good no jam here was there.
